If anyone has any solid words of advice on what to do, spare keeping on searching, that would be helpful.
I don't have any options left and I'm not about to give up my quest for 100% completion. Zero out of thirty cars were in their spots on every run through them and I'm losing my damn patience with this stupid game. I've triple checked every car spawn location and cross-referenced to screenshots on an internet guide for the purpose of knowing their exact spawn locations.
The text message is now gone and I have zero clues on which car I'm supposed to be finding. I got the text message from Stevie way earlier in the game. All the main missions are complete, and I've done all of Brucie's races. I'm 89% through the game, mostly everything is done.
